Refund Policy for Consciousness Awakened
Effective Date: 1st July 2025
At Consciousness Awakened, I am committed to providing high-quality holistic therapy services. I understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund.

If you are not satisfied your treatment, please contact me within 2 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.

Cancellation Notice
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur any fees.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost or result in a forfeiture of the appointment fee. Appointments which are cancelled and rearranged will not incur a cancellation charge, unless the rearranged appointment is subsequently cancelled.
- No Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
​- Pricing Plans can be cancelled and a refund will be calculated based on the sessions remaining and the completed sessions charge at the standard rates, providing that the required notice has been given for cancellation of the next appointment​
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds with less than the required notice period are only granted under the following circumstances:
- You experience a medical issue that prevents you from attending the session, supported by medical documentation.
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact me within two days of your appointment. You will need to provide your appointment details and the reason for your request.
- Evaluation of Request: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I will communicate my decision regarding your refund within two working days.
- Processing Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within five working days.
3. Changes to Services
- If I need to change, modify, or cancel a service, I will provide you with as much notice as possible. In cases of significant changes, you will have the option to accept the changes or receive a full refund for the affected service.
4. Additional Notes
- Payment Fees: Please note that any transaction or processing fees incurred during the payment process may not be refundable.
- Disputes: In the event of a disagreement regarding this Refund Policy, I encourage you to contact me directly so I can address your concerns.
