Usui Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing practice developed in Japan by Mikao Usui. The word combines Rei (universal) and Ki (life energy), the natural life force flowing through all living things. Because this energy is not bound by physical space, Reiki can be sent and received across any distance. Distance healing is every bit as gentle and effective as an in-person session; the same energy flows, the same deep relaxation unfolds, simply without the need to travel. The practitioner acts as a channel for this energy, connecting with you through focused intention while you rest comfortably in your own home.
