Hypnotherapy is a safe, gentle approach that allows your conscious mind to rest, creating direct access to the subconscious. Through deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or guided visualisation, you're guided into hypnosis—a deeply peaceful state we naturally experience throughout the day. The moments just before we wake and we fall asleep are natural hypnotic states. While hypnotherapy can benefit most people, individual responses vary. I offer a complimentary consultation in person, by phone or Zoom, giving you the opportunity to explore whether hypnotherapy feels right for you. What matters most is your genuine commitment and ensuring you feel safe and comfortable. HOW IT WORKS After discussing your goals, I create a personalised script tailored to you. Through guided relaxation and focused attention, we establish a calm state where your subconscious becomes receptive to positive suggestions, helping reshape habits and patterns that no longer serve you. You remain fully in control throughout—you cannot be made to do anything against your values, and you can enter or exit the hypnotic state at will. Most people emerge feeling deeply rested, calm, and rejuvenated. An open mind is essential, as scepticism can prevent you from reaching the relaxed state where positive change takes root.
